Abstract

In order to provide clarification of the concept of Job Leakage , it is necessary to know the importance of this variable and what it may reflect on the work environment, the material and moral effects that may arise from it, the reasons that led to the emergence of this phenomenon, and the way in which management can intervene in order to limit the negatives that coincide with the continuation of this concept. In order to attempt to frame the theoretical aspect of this variable as much as possible by taking from the available data in scientific journals and theses. Given the need and acceleration occurring in society and the effects and temptations that it entails, which in turn are reflected on the work environment and its components, the worker leaving work is voluntary and not forced, as he may have been attracted or provided with a better job opportunity in terms of material terms or that may meet and raise his ambitions or an organization in which there is a good organizational climate that serves those present and makes them feel the justice and satisfaction for which they left their organizations and reduces the psychological burnout that occurred as a result of work conditions. This leaving, regardless of its type, whether temporary or permanent, will result in problems for the organization in which Job Leakage occurred, the most important of which is a shortage of cadres and expertise and vacancies in work, and this will generate anxiety.
