Abstract

The research aimed to know the impact relationship of the practices of work teams on organizational creativity at Tikrit University, as the practices of work teams affect high-level organizational creativity, and to reach the final results and verify the validity of the aforementioned hypotheses, the researchers relied on the descriptive analytical approach, in addition to many methods and tools. To suit the purpose of the research to collect and analyze data, the questionnaire form was used as a main tool in obtaining data and information using the statistical program (SPSS: 21). The research included individuals working at the university (department heads) as a study population, numbering (91) individuals. A purposive sample of them (75) was selected, and the questionnaire was distributed to them, (73) questionnaires were retrieved, of which (2) were damaged and not Valid for analysis, as the number valid for analysis was (71) questionnaires, all of which were valid for analysis. In light of the research results, the researchers reached many conclusions, the most prominent of which was that the practices of work teams have an impact on organizational creativity at Tikrit University. In light of these results, the researchers presented a set of recommendations, the most important of which was the interest in enhancing organizational creativity by adopting the practices of work teams.
