Abstract
This study aims to explore the role of artificial intelligence (AI) as a fundamental pillar for achieving corporate strategic excellence, through a field-based applied study at Earthink. The study seeks to analyze how the application of AI technologies enhances competitiveness and increases innovation in business organizations. The study's importance lies in the increasing reliance on AI across various business sectors, making it a strategic tool for achieving corporate excellence. The study highlights the importance of using AI in improving corporate performance and enhancing competitiveness, which is particularly important in rapidly changing business environments. Therefore, the study relied on a descriptive analytical approach, designing an electronic questionnaire and distributing it to Earthink employees. Statistical analysis tools were used to examine the data extracted from the questionnaires. An electronic questionnaire was also distributed to a sample of Earthink employees, yielding 77 valid questionnaires for analysis, with a 90% return rate. These questionnaires were analyzed to understand how AI is applied and its impact on strategic excellence. The most important conclusions, as the study results showed, were that the application of artificial intelligence had a significant positive impact on improving Earthink's corporate performance. AI also contributed to increasing the company's competitiveness and fostering innovation in operations and products. The most important recommendations were the need to enhance investment in artificial intelligence technologies within major Iraqi companies to enhance competitiveness and achieve strategic superiority.
