The relationship between psychological pollution of leadership and organizational deviance behaviors and their impact on organizational ideology

The current research aims to identify the role played by psychological pollution of leadership and organizational deviance behaviors and their impact on achieving organizational ideology and the extent to which these two concepts can be accurately diagnosed in soft drinks in Baqubah. The main research problem was "Do the dimensions of psychological pollution of leadership and the dimensions of organizational deviance behaviors have a statistically significant correlation and impact on organizational ideology?" The research problem reflected a set of hypotheses that explain the correlation and impact relationship between the main research variables.
To understand the nature of the relationship and impact between the variables، psychological pollution of leadership was adopted as an explanatory variable first، organizational deviance behaviors as an explanatory variable second، and organizational ideology as a responsive variable. Data were collected through several tools، including sources and references in addition to the questionnaire، where it was distributed to the research sample of (77) respondents based on the intentional sample that targeted heads of departments and division managers in soft drinks in Baqubah. In light of the data and information collected from the research sample، the data were analyzed and hypotheses were tested By using appropriate statistical tools and analyzing them through a number of ready-made statistical programs (SPSS، ver19)) and the statistical tools related to statistical analysis (arithmetic mean، standard deviation، validity coefficient، regression coefficient، impact and correlation values) contributed to reaching accurate results. The research reached an important set of conclusions، the most important of which was that psychological pollution of leadership may have a noticeable impact on the failure to achieve organizational ideology. This indicates the role of psychological pollution of leadership in not encouraging and not promoting contemporary methods of successful organization within soft drinks. The results of the research reflected a set of recommendations represented by the leadership of soft drinks focusing on developing leadership skills and improving management methods to enhance satisfaction and performance among the work team.
