The Impact of Re-engineering Administrativ e Processes on Organizational Excellence (Applied Study at Al-Maarif Private University)

Abstract

The research aims to shed light on the various aspects of the method of re-engineering administrative processes (reengineering) in terms of concept, and to indicate the importance and need  of Al-Maaref National University as educational institutions  to apply the engineering method, and the desired goals, and perpetuate a proposed conception of the application of the engineering method as one of the entrances to improve the service provided to the beneficiaries,  raise its efficiency and achieve total quality.

The researcher followed the descriptive analytical approach to describe the reality of process re-engineering at Al-Maaref Al-Ahlia University, where the researcher distributed the questionnaire form and the data was collected and analyzed and the results were reached that can be generalized as the similarity of work with similar universities.
