The effect of spiritual leadership on professional well-being, an applied study on workers at the Central Refineries Company

The current study aimed to identify the impact of the dimensions of spiritual leadership represented by (faith, altruism, vision) on professional well-being in its dimensions (enthusiasm, activity, dedication, comprehension) and by applying it to the employees of the Middle Refineries Company / Baghdad, one of the companies of the Ministry of Oil in Iraq, who represent the research community. The field aspect will be applied using a questionnaire form that will be distributed to the study sample of (120) individuals, and the answers will be collected and analyzed statistically using the SPSS program. The study employed descriptive statistical methods to test the hypotheses (mean, standard deviation, Pearson correlation coefficient, simple regression coefficient, and KMO test). The most significant finding was that spiritual leadership has a positive impact on professional well-being. The research was structured around four main sections: the first addressed the research methodology, the second presented the theoretical framework, the third discussed the results and hypothesis testing, and the fourth section covered the conclusions and recommendations.
