Strategic behavior and its impact on enhancing organizational excellence. An analytical study of the opinions of a sample of workers at the Iraqi National Hospital in Balad

Abstract

The aim of the research was to test the role of strategic behavior in enhancing organizational excellence in Iraq National Hospital. The current study relied on the (descriptive analytical) approach, which is characterized by optimal flexibility, as this approach contributes to diagnosing and studying the reality under study in a more accurate manner. The study used the questionnaire as a main tool for collecting data and information related to the field aspect of the study. The study community included employees in Iraq National Hospital, while the study sample was limited to a number of employees, amounting to (120) employees out of the study community, amounting to (172) employees, and (110) valid questionnaires were received for statistical analysis. The data were analyzed using appropriate statistical methods for the purpose of testing the research hypotheses. The research problem was what is the role of strategic behavior in enhancing organizational excellence in the organization under study. The results of the study showed that the patterns of strategic behavior have enhanced the organizational excellence of the organization under study.
