Abstract

The research aims to measure the impact of the four main knowledge management processes (knowledge generation, knowledge storage, knowledge dissemination, and knowledge application) on organizational ignorance in its four dimensions (complexity, ambiguity, uncertainty, and vagueness). The research used a questionnaire to measure these variables, which was prepared based on previous studies, in addition to adapting the items to suit the current research. The research community consisted of (52) individuals from different administrative levels in the College of Administration and Economics - University of Diyala, and a random sample of (43) individuals was selected to represent the research community. The data were processed using a set of statistical methods using SPSS version 26. The research concluded that there is a significant impact of knowledge management processes on organizational ignorance, upon which a set of recommendations was formulated that are hoped to benefit those concerned.
